FindStitch Supplemental Terms
These FindStitch Supplemental Terms ("Supplemental Terms") apply to your use of the FindStitch iOS app, FindStitch accounts, FindStitch Points, and the FindStitch chart store.
FindStitch is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your license to the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), available at:

These Supplemental Terms apply in addition to the Apple Standard EULA. They cover FindStitch-specific services, accounts, points, chart-store content, and usage rules. If these Supplemental Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, these Supplemental Terms apply only to the FindStitch-specific service terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1.Eligibility
FindStitch is not directed to children. You may not use FindStitch if you are under 13 or under the age at which you may lawfully use online services in your jurisdiction without parental or guardian consent.
By using FindStitch, you represent that you can form a binding agreement or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.What FindStitch does
FindStitch helps users import cross-stitch pattern PDFs or compatible chart files, identify chart grids, merge chart pages, review symbol-to-thread matches, browse final chart grids, mark stitch progress, manage custom thread colors, and create or restore local backups.
FindStitch's recognition, extraction, merging, symbol matching, and thread-code suggestions are assistive features. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it for a project.
3.Your content and pattern rights
You are responsible for the PDFs, chart files, backups, images, screenshots, support attachments, and other content that you import, store, export, or send using FindStitch.
You must have the rights needed to use any pattern, PDF, chart file, image, or other content with FindStitch. You may not use FindStitch to infringe copyright, violate license terms, distribute unauthorized pattern copies, or otherwise misuse third-party content.
FindStitch does not claim ownership of user-imported PDFs or local project content.
4.Local projects and backups
FindStitch stores local projects on your device. Depending on your iOS and iCloud backup settings, local project data may also be included in device backups or iCloud backups controlled by Apple. Local project data may include imported PDFs or compatible chart files, project details, detected grids, merged charts, symbols, thread matches, manual corrections, custom colors, progress marks, and display settings.
You are responsible for managing your local device data and backup files. A FindStitch backup file may contain imported patterns, project data, progress, and custom thread colors. Keep backup files private unless you intend to share their contents.
FindStitch account deletion does not automatically delete local projects or backup files already stored on your device, or copies that may exist in device backups or iCloud backups controlled by Apple.
5.PDF Pattern Tracking access
Some PDF-related features may require FindStitch PDF Pattern Tracking access.
Where offered, the current app provides a separate 14-day trial access item through Apple in-app purchase. The trial is not an auto-renewable subscription, does not automatically convert into a paid purchase, and does not create downstream charges. After the trial expires, PDF Pattern Tracking access may require a separate Apple in-app purchase, such as Lifetime Access.
Lifetime Access means non-expiring access to the supported PDF Pattern Tracking features in the FindStitch app after purchase. FindStitch does not expire or revoke Lifetime Access because time has passed. Access may be affected only where required by applicable law, Apple's platform rules, security or technical requirements, discontinued operating-system or platform support, discontinuation of the FindStitch app or the PDF Pattern Tracking feature, or circumstances outside FindStitch's reasonable control. It does not grant ownership of the app, FindStitch online services, chart-store content, or third-party content.
PDF Pattern Tracking access is separate from FindStitch Points and separate from individual chart-store purchases.
You can restore eligible Apple purchases where supported.
6.FindStitch accounts
A FindStitch account may be required for FindStitch Points, point history, chart-store purchases, owned chart downloads, and recovery of unfinished point purchases.
FindStitch currently uses Sign in with Apple for account sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple ID and device needed to use the account.
You may sign out or delete your FindStitch account from inside the app.
7.FindStitch Points
FindStitch Points are digital credits used only within FindStitch for eligible digital chart-store purchases.
FindStitch Points are purchased through Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes the payment and may handle taxes, refunds, and payment-related support according to Apple's rules.
FindStitch Points:
- Are not money or stored monetary value.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, traded, or exchanged outside FindStitch.
- Can be used only for eligible FindStitch digital chart-store purchases.
- Do not expire while the associated FindStitch account remains active.
Points may still be adjusted or removed if a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found fraudulent; if required by law; if you delete the associated FindStitch account; or if FindStitch enforces these Supplemental Terms.
If Apple completes a point purchase but FindStitch cannot immediately add the points, the app may try again when the app opens, when you sign in, or when you refresh your account.
8.Chart-store purchases and chart content
The FindStitch chart store may allow you to use FindStitch Points to purchase eligible digital charts.
When you purchase a chart, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use that chart in FindStitch for your personal stitching and app use. You do not receive ownership of the chart copyright, artwork, pattern design, files, store images, or related intellectual property.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, extract, scrape, or make available chart-store files, chart images, covers, detail images, or other store content except as expressly allowed by the rights holder or by applicable law.
Some charts may be removed, hidden, changed, or become unavailable for new purchases. Where possible and legally allowed, FindStitch may continue to allow accounts that already purchased a chart to re-download it, but availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.
9.Refunds, chargebacks, and balance adjustments
Refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are handled through Apple.
If a point purchase is refunded, revoked, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise reversed, FindStitch may deduct the related points, adjust your point balance, remove or adjust related purchased access, record a negative point-history entry, or take other reasonable steps to preserve purchase integrity.
If your account balance is insufficient when a refund or reversal is processed, your balance may become negative or your ability to make additional chart purchases may be limited until the balance is corrected.
FindStitch may also make administrative point adjustments to correct errors, resolve support issues, prevent abuse, or comply with platform or legal obligations.
10.Account deletion
Deleting your FindStitch account is permanent for FindStitch account data used for points and purchased chart access.
When you delete your FindStitch account, FindStitch deletes the account data used for active FindStitch services, signs out active FindStitch sessions, and retains only the limited account records described below. It also removes access to the account's FindStitch Points balance and purchased chart access. Those account-based points and purchased chart access are not recoverable after deletion.
FindStitch also removes the Sign in with Apple identifier from active FindStitch account records. Where FindStitch holds revocable Sign in with Apple tokens or credentials associated with the deleted account, FindStitch revokes them where applicable.
Deleting a FindStitch account does not delete Apple purchase records maintained by Apple and does not automatically delete local projects, downloaded charts, PDFs, compatible chart files, backup files, or other files already stored on your device, or copies that may exist in device backups or iCloud backups controlled by Apple.
FindStitch may retain records that are necessary for security, fraud prevention, refund handling, purchase integrity, legal compliance, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or platform obligations.
11.Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use FindStitch to infringe copyrights, violate pattern licenses, or distribute unauthorized copies of pattern content.
- Bypass, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent payment, account, purchase access, security, or download controls.
- Scrape, bulk download, extract, reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, overload, or abuse FindStitch files, store content, online services, Apple services, or other users except as permitted by law.
- Use automation to harvest content or manipulate purchases, points, balances, refunds, or purchased access.
- Submit false, misleading, malicious, unlawful, or harmful information, or use FindStitch in a way that violates applicable law, Apple's rules, or these Supplemental Terms.

We may ask for information needed to help with your issue. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or third-party copyrighted pattern files unless you are comfortable sharing them with support and have the right to do so.
13.Changes to FindStitch
FindStitch may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, store content, account services, point packages, prices, chart availability, or platform integrations. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature or chart will remain available forever.
14.Disclaimers
FindStitch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that FindStitch will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or that chart detection, grid extraction, symbol matching, thread-code suggestions, PDF display, downloads, backups, or store services will always be accurate or complete.
You are responsible for checking pattern accuracy, maintaining backups, protecting your files, and complying with third-party pattern licenses.
15.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FindStitch and its owners, developers, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost projects, lost goodwill, business interruption, device issues, or unauthorized pattern use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FindStitch's total liability for any claim related to FindStitch, these Supplemental Terms, FindStitch Points, or chart-store purchases will not exceed the amount you paid to FindStitch through the App Store for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
16.Termination
You may stop using FindStitch at any time.
FindStitch may suspend or terminate access to account features, points, chart-store downloads, or other services if we reasonably believe that you violated these Supplemental Terms, violated applicable law, infringed third-party rights, abused the service, created security risk, engaged in fraud, or attempted to manipulate purchases, refunds, points, balances, or purchased access.
17.Governing law
These Supplemental Terms are intended to work alongside the Apple Standard EULA and applicable App Store terms. Any governing-law, venue, dispute, or consumer-rights rules that apply under the Apple Standard EULA, Apple's applicable terms, or mandatory law in your country or region are not limited by these Supplemental Terms.
Mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region may give you additional rights, and nothing in these Supplemental Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived by contract.
18.Changes to these Supplemental Terms
We may update these Supplemental Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of FindStitch after changes become effective means you accept the updated Supplemental Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
